Rubber flipping was a game played by many primary school children who grew up during the 80s. This game was played specifically using a certain type of rubber that had country flags printed on them. One of the reasons why it was so popular was the fact that these rubbers were readily available at the school bookshops.
The game play is based on the traditional ‘Kuti Kuti’ game where players take turns to try to flip their rubber on top of their opponent’s. The winner gets to keep the opponent’s rubber.
