Capteh, is a traditional Asian game that goes by many different names. A Capteh shuttlecock is usually made from feathers fixed onto a rubber sole or plastic discs. There are different variations of gameplay, but in general, the objective of the game is to try to keep the Capteh airborne by using various parts of the body, except the hands.

Capteh is a game that can be played in small spaces. In the past, HDB void decks or even the common corridors were ideal places for children to gather round for a game or two. Although Capteh can still be bought at certain places in Singapore, it is rarely played these days.
